Our model portfolios are ideal for individual investors, retirees, novice traders, or students. We invest in
no-load mutual funds using simple end-of-day trades, ensuring everyone receives the same execution price.
There are no transaction costs or short-term redemption fees. Once you are accustomed to the process, following our signals
takes approximately ten minutes, two or three days per week. Trades can be entered anytime throughout the day, prior
to the ProFunds or Rydex cutoff times. For those with busy schedules, we also offer a managed account program.
Our model portfolios use asset allocation, in
combination with absolute return strategies, to
reduce risk. They are designed to profit in bull or bear markets. We do this by trading long and short index
and sector mutual funds at ProFunds and Rydex. For more information, visit our
about this site and frequently asked questions
pages.

Asset Allocation + Absolute Return = More Consistent Results
Asset allocation is an investment strategy used to reduce risk and volatility in a portfolio. Each of our models utilizes asset allocation by dividing investments among some combination of index mutual funds that invest in Foreign stocks, Domestic stocks, Government Bonds, U.S. Dollar and High Yield Bonds. We add a new twist, by including an absolute return element to the process. We actively switch between funds that are long or short in each of the asset classes. In addition, some of the funds use leverage as high as two times the index they track. We casually refer to it as "asset allocation on steroids". It's actually a hybrid, and as far as we know, is unique to this site. . . . keep reading
