  About This Site
About This Site

AccuFundTrader is a market timing service for for individual investors, retirees, novice traders, or students.  We invest in no-load mutual funds using simple end-of-day trades, ensuring everyone receives the same execution price.  There are no transaction costs or short-term redemption fees.  Once you are accustomed to the process, following our signals takes approximately ten minutes, two or three days per week.  We also offer a managed account program.

Our models use absolute return strategies, designed to make profits in bull and bear markets.  We do this by trading long and short index and sector mutual funds at ProFunds and Rydex.  In addition, we incorporate an asset allocation strategy that diversifies portfolio positions across various asset classes.  AccuFundTrader is consistently ranked as one of the top market timing services by Theta Investment Research, LLC.

We use quantitative computer models so there is no decision making or fundamental analysis.  Our models determine which mutual funds have the best short term profit potential and position the accounts accordingly.  The holding period is typically from one or two days to a couple of weeks.  In the securities business we're referred to as swing traders.  Markets don't move in a straight line.  Stock prices fluctuate up and down depending on the simple economic principle of supply and demand.  The models use sophisticated algorithms to analyze recent price movement relative to historical price movement.  They tend to buy on dips and sell on the rebound, taking advantage of the zig-zag nature of markets.  The percentage varies by model, but even in up markets, a large percentage of our trades are into short funds.  Generally, more than 60% of our trades are profitable, giving us a clear advantage.  The models also tend to stay in winning trades longer than losing trades, so our average profit is generally higher than our average loss.

Our trade signals are published in the member area every morning the U.S. markets are open.  Members receive a daily "AFT Update" email which lists the names of models that have trades to be placed that day.  If they are trading a model that is affected, they log on to the site; get the current trades; and place the trades with ProFunds or Rydex.  These simple "end of day" trades can be placed anytime throughout the trading day.  There are no intraday trades, and unlike stock or ETF trades, everyone receives the same execution price.  There is no need to do anything other than place the trades on the ProFunds or Rydex web site, or over the phone.  All trade signals are posted to the web site before they are executed in our own accounts so members have the opportunity to earn returns similar to what you see published on our ProFunds and Rydex performance pages.
