Most memberships are free for the first month.  Because we give you the first month free, membership fees which are paid monthly are non-refundable.  We will prorate refunds on multi-month memberships (3-month and 1-year), to the end of your subscription month (not the calendar month). This means that if you purchase a 3-month plan, and cancel anytime during the first 30 days, you will receive a refund for two thirds of your membership fee.  If you cancel during the second 30-day period, you will receive a refund for one third of your membership fee.
